You HAVE got to be kidding me. This bike has to be possessed (Had problems with speedo sensor before). I was riding.. pretty hard actually... and I look down at my guages.. nothing. No neutral light or anything. No power at all to the gauges. It still fires up and runs... but no power to the gauges. I tried hooking up another speedo.. nada. With the bike off, my battery voltage is 12.8 volts. With it on, it's 14.3 volts. I'm pretty sure stator and rectifier are ruled out now? Well also the possibility of a bad speedo as well. Before it powered down, I noticed mph was showing 0. Any advice??? 99 r6

Are you sure the fuses are good? I have had issues sort of like that before. I swapped my main fuse with my back up (30 amp fuse i think? whatever it's green) and everything was kosher. Of course I went out and got that back up fuse replaced immediately, but haven't had issues since.
As for speedo, I haven't had any issues with mine so no experience there. But it sounds like even replacing that still caused issues. I would seriously just go out and replace all the fuses.

Could be as simple as the connector is loose or un-plugged for your headlight wiring harness. Your headlights and speedo are both wired into this harness.
