try taking the rear seat off and see if just maybe you could get ur hand down behind those bolts see if the backing is just spinning as well? i dont know just an idea

 

Take off the under side of the tail. The piece that's held by the 6 or 8 rivets. Maybe?

 

Try sliding in a flat head screw driver between the bolt head and plastic. Turn the screw driver as you turn the bolt. Sometimes for me it's only the bottom threads that get stripped and if you can pull the bolt as you turn it the good threads might catch.
If it doesn't pull up at all, then the bolt is fine and it must be the nut it's going into. If nothing is holding it from spinning, then nothing is holding it down and since I'm sure the you've tried to just pull it out....right???..then the nut it's going into must be spinning as you turn. You'll have to find someway to hold it.

In a last moment of desperation, you could drill it out.

 

no worries man, my 07 did this the first time i ever took the seat off. All you need to do it get some speed on the bolt. I use my 18v impact drill and it comes off easy. It just needs to spin faster than you can turn with a wrench.

 

lol thanks guys..u dont know how much this little obstacle put a hault on my weekend 'wrenching' ill try both..yanking it out and using a drill to turn it faster..and the screwdriver idea too....
