Code 46

Powersupply to FI system relay is not normal.

Got fault code 46 while riding again today. Bike shut down while riding. Stalled at the stop light and I looked like a moron bump starting the bike when the light turned green. Road back home after doing this 3 or 4 more times. Pulled the battery and it was at 12.3 volts and 12.9 running. Anyone got any other ideas what it could be? Relay? Rectifier? How do I go about checking this?

Yeah service manual says place to start is rectifier.

Found out the rectifier plug had melted half way through and was no longer working properly. If anyone is interested in the problem I will go into detail further but since no ona had any idea or imput i wont waste my time.

My 06 had the same issue. Troubleshot the whole thing all was good, dead cell in the NEW battery. Put new battery in and rode 11 miles to work and as I pulled in code 46 pops up again. Any suggestions on what to do now?????
