you have to have the pcV maps, not the pc3 maps.

 

Do you know where to get them from?

 

You can copy and paste the values from the PCIII maps into a PCV map. We are not going to release the older maps in the PCV format.

Does the crimp go on the blue wire from pin 5 on the harness for the 08 R6. Pin 5 is at the bottom of the small harness plug for the ECU. The installation instructions for the PCV seems to show it attached to a second blue wire at a different position on the 09?

Ive a Graves full exhaust and GYTR air filter with PCV! And, Im running a Graves exhaust/aftermarket base map! Map is ok! The 6 runs a bit rich at idle, you can smell it! But, you gotta feel the power at/after 8000rpm!

Sometime, later this year, Ill be getting a custom map!

 

Map 22-005-003 for the PCV will work for 08-09 models with a Graves full system

 

Ok, so I don't mean to threadjack, but here's the scenario: I have an 06 R6 and have would have mjs headers with the stock slipon. What map would I use and is there even a map available for my model year?

Unfortunately we know nothing of the MJS headers, never even seen them so we may not have a map for this setup. Post a link of some pictures of them and I can see if they are of similar design to something else.

 

i have a pcv with auto tune and a akrapovic megaphone on my 07 with a mjsperformance header. i used a graves full system map as a base, and am letting the auto tune do the rest.

 

Eventually Auto tune will get the bike where it needs to be. But if it were me I would have started with map M418-016, copied these values and pasted them into a PCV map.

My understanding is that MJS headers are just stock with a new coating. Therefore slip-ons maps would be closer to your setup.

 

Your understanding is wrong. The MJS header completely removes the catalytic converter... You should look into this before recommending a map, seeing as how you are a site vendor and sell PCs.... Just sayin

No offense taken. This is why I had asked for some pics or information about them. The information I got was second hand. I would still use a map for the 06-07 models for zac692069 instead of starting with the 09 map.

 

i just installed a power command V on my 09 R6 and used the Graves Full System map off the website for the PCV and my bike runs great . i have a gutted header with a welded on midpipe and stock slip on for now with a bmc air filter and graves block off plates . bike performs amazing and i dont smell alot of fumes
