You need a new regulator/rectifier sir.

 

Is there anyway to test that besides actually swapping it out?

I did put flush mount blinkers on as well but they're plug and play. I didn't have to splice any wires or anything.

I had this happen once, I had just wired in new turn signals also and it was something related to that. I can't remember exactly what it was, crossed wires or something but as soon as I re did the turn signals it stopped doing it.
