Okay, so i just went and bought a new thermostat. I now need to flush my radiator. Can anyone give me detailed instructions how, and maybe even pictures of the process?

There's more than a handful of how tos and posts on here how to do it. Once you fill that rad, make sure you top off your reservoir bottle a few times. That bike is a PIA and will keep drawing fluid in until full. It also has the switch so high in the rad that if you don't fill it perfectly by the reservoir, your fans will never go on
